How to Get Tech Support
When you need tech support, you may contact the ITS Service Desk using one of the following three methods:
- Visit tech.calpoly.edu and click "Support" in the main menu to get to Support Center, then create a tech support request
- Log in to My Cal Poly Portal and click on "Tech Support" under My Apps to get to Support Center, then create a tech support request
- Call Service Desk directly at 805-756-7000
Your requests will be triaged and routed to the appropriate support staff to best serve your needs in a timely manner.
