About Our Centers
Our centers give our students opportunities to develop their writing skills, broaden their courses of study and take part in innovative, interdisciplinary projects.
University Art Gallery
The University Art Gallery is a venue for helping to nurture creativity, empathy, innovation, design skills, storytelling, and big-picture thinking by bringing bold thinkers, emerging and established artists, and creative professionals to campus. With shows selected and designed to inspire the student population as well as the community, gallery visitors are exposed to all areas of studio art, photography, and graphic design. The gallery is committed to creating an environment for learning and discussion of ideas critical to art and society.
Center for Expressive Technologies
The CET facilitates and supports Learn by Doing experiences for faculty, student, industry and community partners focused on the intersection of human expression and technology. The Center supports project-based learning and experiences that are inherently interdisciplinary, and prepares students to contribute to the broad range of entertainment and gaming industry opportunities, as well as to the innovation and development of unique integrations of technology and human expression.
