Cal Poly’s A Cappella Ensemble That’s the Key to Perform May 6-7

Cal Poly a cappella ensemble That’s the Key will perform its spring concert at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, May 6-7, in Room 218 in the Davidson Music Center (No. 45) on campus.

That’s the Key has performed at numerous events this academic year, including headlining the Cal Poly ASI’s Valentine’s Day event and Alpha Kappa Psi’s charity ball for clean drinking water around the world. The ensemble also performed at the A Cappella Extravaganza in Napa, Calif., in January.

The group includes 14 students from various majors who sing original arrangements of popular music.

Admission is $5 at the door. Proceeds benefit the group’s competition and travel fees for next year.

The concerts are sponsored by Cal Poly’s College of Liberal Arts and Music Department.
