Psychology Student Joseph Leshin Selected as Sally Casanova Pre-Doctoral Scholar

Cal Poly Psychology senior, Joseph Leshin, has been selected for the Sally Casanova Pre-Doctoral Scholar program for the 2012-13 academic year by the California Pre-Doctoral Program Advisory Committee. Leshin was one of 72 California State University students chosen for the program from a pool of 247 applicants.

Leshin will receive $3000 in support of his pre-doctoral activities including travel to and from doctoral-granting institutions and professional meetings. In addition, Leshin is eligible to attend a summer 2013 research internship program at a University of California doctoral-granting campus or other institution of his choice.
