Associate Dean for Student Success Candidates
This is a 12-month MPP appointment with a five-year, renewable term. Reporting to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, the Associate Dean for Student Success is a key member of the Dean's leadership/management team, working with the Dean, the Associate Dean for Diversity and Curriculum, the Associate Dean for Operations, and department chairs to develop and implement the vision and goals of the college. The Associate Dean for Student Success also interfaces with senior management in the divisions of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and other offices as appropriate. The new Associate Dean for Student Success will play a key role in supporting the college leadership in improving overall graduation and retention rates, the consistent reduction of the graduation rate gap between URM and non-URM students, as well as leading new strategic initiatives.

About the Candidates
Each candidate was asked to provide an updated copy of their Curriculum Vitae (CV), a statement of interest that explains their interest in the position and relevant experience, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) statement that: a) addresses their understanding of the relevance of DEI as it relates to work in the Associate Dean for Student Success role; and b) experience they've had in DEI work in general.
