Ballot Measures relating to the upcoming election on the Dalidio Marketplace project
The impartial analysis and arguments pro and con and their rebuttals which will appear in the voter information pamphlet have been removed from the website to be updated with minor changes in wording ordered by a judge last week. This order was made as a result of a lawsuit brought against the organizers of the referendum by the developers. Another lawsuit asking that the election be cancelled was dismissed. In the interim, the City Clerk has provided us with the original terms of the arguments because the changes are so small.
