Week Ten: The reading assignment you completed for Quiz 6 ends the reading assigned for the quarter. For a description of the Final go to the syllabus page. There you will also find a link to a question-by-question analysis of the objective section of the final.

Make-up: If you missed the mid-term, you may make it up on Friday, June 6. It will take place from 1-2 in Building 22 (English) room 218.

The Final: There is a fairly thorough description of the exam on the syllabus page. I now have a tentative version of the essay section written. I may change it a bit depending on what I am able to cover Thursday and Friday. At present there is one 100 point question, two 75 point questions, four 50 point questions and four twenty-five questions. You will need to choose either the one 100 point questions or a combination of the remaining questions whose total possible number of points is 100. While I hope I have done a good job of integrating the reading assignments with the lecture discussions, it may help for you to know that there are five questions that are either partially or wholely based on readings in W-R-W. As to the questions based on lecture, look at the web-pages; all of them are based on lecture-McKay material that are highlighted in color or in bold-face type.

Employment Opportunity: My daughter has a catering company, In Good Taste, ingoodtaste@chater.net, and is in need of servers for the summer season. If you are interested in working, please contact her either by email, or by telephone at 541-5860.
