| Currently,
Gloria L. Velásquez is a university professor at California
Polytechnic State Unniversity, in San Luis Obispo, California (Cal
Poly). She teaches Spanish language courses as well as Latin American
and Chicano/a Literature courses in Spanish. In addition, Velásquez
has developed a course on Chicano Culture (HUM 310 ) which she teaches
in English in the Humanities Program. As an associate faculty member
in Ethnic Studies, Velásquez teaches a course on Chicano/a
Culture in the American Cultural Images series (ES 230). |
