The Museum of Tolerance in Los Angles is an interactive museum that presents various exhibits on issues of racial and ethnic tolerance in the United States and on the Holocaust. It is a unique resource available to us. Students who visit the museum during the quarter and write a report of this trip will be eligible for up to 10 points extra credit. The report should include what you saw and what you thought about it. Angel Island State Park in San Francisco Bay has just been opened to the public for visitation. It is now possible to visit the Immigration station and exhibits on the people detained there while their application for admission to the United States was reviewed. Not all immigrants coming to the US were detained at Angel Island. Students who visit the museum during the quarter
and write a report of this trip will be eligible for
up to 10 points
extra credit. The report should include what you saw and what you
