The student's grade will be determined by a point accumulation:

+ and - will be added to the grade depending on attendance and class participation.

Blue books and Scantron sheets will be needed for the exams. 

Missed mid term exam. If you have missed the first or the second exam, you will have to take a make up during the final exam period.   Final grades are not available through the Social Sciences office, so don't ask the secretaries.  No grades will be given out over the telephone, by fax or by email.  You will be able to access your grades through your Cal Poly Portal.

No papers will be accepted after the last  day of class.  Turn late papers in to the office secretary who will put them in my mail box.  DO NOT SLIP THEM UNDER THE DOOR.  They are very likely to get lost or damaged that way.
