explain observable phenomenoa. The statement is used to explain how
one aspect of human behavior (x) influences
or affects another (y).
e.g.: Parents' income
(x) will have an affect
(how) on the likelihood of their children's
enrollment in college (y).
The higher the parents income the
more likely their children will enroll in college.
