Professor Neill Wins Award for Outstanding Paper

New faculty member, Dr. Dawn Neill, was recognized last month with the Young Investigator Award from the Evolutionary Anthropology Society (EAS)of American Anthropological Association. Dr. Neill presented her paper, “Roti or Ramen: Urbanization and Dietary Intake of Urban and Rural Indo-Fijian Children" at the society's annual meeting in San Francisco. This award is presented every year to an EAS member and young investigator whose Ph.D. was awarded within the last five years. The paper was described as "exemplary in all regards" by the President of the Evolutionary Anthropology Society.
