The Social Sciences Club was founded in 1983 to provide opportunities for students to learn more about Anthropology, Geography, and Sociology through informal social and scholarly get-togethers. The club is run by students under the guidance of Faculty Advisors. Recent activities included participation in Culturefest, a trip to Santa Cruz Island to survey archaeological sites, and a successful booth at Open House 2008.
