NOTE: CR/NCR grading only for elective course units. A maximum of 8 units may be graded CR/NCR. No more than 4 units acceptable via Credit by Examination. A minimum of 12 units must be completed in residence (see advisor for information about this requirement). The Minor Agreement form must be in process before undertaking any IP study, or prior to beginning upper division course work on the Minor. Total units required to complete minor: 24. Minimum GPA required: 2.75 in minor courses. Completion of the above program of study will meet the requirements for graduation with an academic minor. No direct transfer credit will be given for work experience or foreign transfer courses unless prior approval obtained.
The minor agreement can be obtained in the Modern Languages & Literatures Department office (47-28). A copy of the form must be attached to the Sr. Evaluation Request Form and returned to the Graduation Clerk, Records Office, Administration Building, Room 222, at the time the application for graduation is filed.
