The Forum Wins History Journal Awards
Andrew Morris, Chair of the History Department is pleased to announce that The Forum, the department journal, has been awarded first prize in the electronic journal category and third prize in the print category of the 2010 Gerald D. Nash History Journal Award.
Students in the History Department’s Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society produce the journal annually. Professor Tom Trice is the advisor of the Cal Poly chapter. The chapter also received a monetary award for their achievements.
A limited number of copies of the first issue and the award-winning second issue of the journal are available for purchase, $5 each.
