Review the Cal Poly Public Affairs Web site for official usage of Cal Poly name, colors, and logo for print and web design.
CLA Style
Review the Cal Poly College of Liberal Arts Public Affairs Web site for official usage of the CLA name, colors, and artwork for print and web design. (Under construction.)
Whenever possible, the CLA book and columns artwork or “College of Liberal Arts” should be used on all publications issued by departments within the college. Artwork can be obtained at this site or by e-mailing the CLA Communications Office.
CLA Procedures for events, activities, and/or solicitations
Department must contact Communications Office regarding their event, activity, and/or solicitation.
Department must provide:
- Completed Announcement/Promotion Request form.
- Do not print anything until formally approved.
- CLA communication procedure process normally takes 10 days.
CLA Procedures for flyer and e-announcements with-in CLA
Department must send copy of flyer or e-announcement to Debra Valencia-Laver CLA Associate Dean for approval.
CLA PolyLink Procedures
Department must contact Communications Office regarding their event, activity, and/or solicitation.
Department must provide:
- Completed Announcement/Promotion Request form.
- If PolyLink includes a survey, the Dean’s Office must approve the digitally formatted survey data.
- PolyLink procedure process normally takes 10 days.
