Equipment may be used for course related and instructional use. CAM prohibits use of State equipment for any purpose other than Cal Poly business.

What’s Available
The college has two Mac and two PC laptops and an older digital camera.

Reserving Equipment
It’s a good idea to reserve equipment well in advance of the date needed. The checkout period is usually one week. To reserve equipment, contact Steve Davis in the Dean's Office at (805) 756-2773 or sddavis@calpoly.edu.

Pick-up and Support
Equipment can be picked up in the Dean’s Office on your reserved date. If you anticipate needing tech support for any borrowed equipment, please let Steve know when you reserve it.

Return
Please return the equipment to the pickup location on time. A staff member will confirm that all parts were returned and in working order.

Expenses to replace damaged or missing equipment and accessories will be charged to the user at the current replacement cost.
