Goal: A web-based toolbox available via department websites for department chairs, faculty and advisory board members. The toolbox will be updated on an ongoing basis by CLA advancement staff. Note: Each category below will be linked to a web page or pdf.
What is the Role of the Advancement Team?
The primary goal of the CLA Advancement Team is to advance the overall priorities of CLA while serving as informed advocates of departmental level goals, accomplishments and needs. The CLA Advancement office is available to department chairs, faculty and advisory board members as a resource in advisory board recruitment and training, strategic planning and information sharing.

University Advancement develops and fosters strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance understanding and increase support for Cal Poly.
