January 29th - Liberal Studies informs "blended program" students in advising sessions

January 31st - Modern Languages and Literatures emails all majors

Week of February 4th - Women's Studies email all minors about fee proposal and process

February 7th - distribute to faculty (for class distribution) CLA flyer

February 7th - CLA emails all major to notify them of the beginning of the consultation process

By February 7th -

Feb. 19-22 - Psyc/CD distributes by e-mail and by flyers in classes information about the fee
increase proposal and departmental plans and suggestions for selection
of student committees and for obtaining student input

February 21st - Art and Design conducts straw balloy

By February 28th -

March 11th - CLA emails all students about vote times and polls; runs ad to this effect in Mustang Daily

March 12 - Psyc/CD e-mail reminder about referendum and encourage students to vote

By March 13th - all college-wide meetings advertised in Mustang Daily, on sandwich boards, and on ASI ticker
