Internships Job Description: Agency provides advocacy services for abused and neglected children of all ages; interns work directly with children and families as court-appointed advocates and interface with various systems; including juvenile justice, mental health services, department of social services, probation, etc.
Training Offered: Training provided; CASA orientation held every fourth Wednesday at 12 noon, strongly encouraged.
Required experience, knowledge or other requirements: Must pass interview screening; must be eager to learn, self-starter, multi-tasker, empathic, professional; Must pass background check; Must make 2-quarter commitment
